Dear friends,
I am so grateful for your prayers and support every month. And I thank you for being patient
with my replies in a newsletter or personally. I seem to be one of the few that still rely
primarily on snail mail to communicate. I am still attempting to update and find better ways
of doing things.
There is so much going on in our world, from Iran to AI to UAP’s and the supposed coming
“great disclosure” in which we will allegedly have it revealed that aliens are real, that they
seeded our planet millions of years ago, that God and Jesus are not real, and they have
come to save us. That appears to be the coming theology – one that, if real, will eviscerate
the shallow faith of most church goers and potentially be the great falling away spoken of in
Matthew 24 and Thessalonians. Some may scoff and say, “this is nonsense.” It is usually
the same church people that do not acknowledge the reality of spiritual warfare, Satan,
demons or anything else of a supernatural nature. So, if something corporeal manifests
disguised as our “ancient creators,” they will have nothing to fall back on. This is the subject
of a much longer writing, and hopefully I will do a podcast on this sometime this week
(Extreme Times: Truth in the Shadowlands) that will cover this very important subject in
greater detail. For now, the very basics you need to know:
1. If they do manifest, they are not extraterrestrial; they are extradimensional, a working of the fallen angels.
2. At the Name of Jesus, EVERY knee shall bow and every tongue confess that JESUS CHRIST IS
LORD to the glory of God the Father. That includes whatever demonic manifestation may
manifest.
3. Stick to the Word of God: read it, study it, memorize it, live it and speak it.
These will be the best antidotes and ANSWERS to the coming delusion. Steven Spielberg is
releasing a movie in June called “Disclosure” which I believe will be the next battlefront in
deceiving people into accepting the coming delusion. I hadn’t planned on writing quite this
much here, but I feel it is important to do so, to prepare you for a discussion that will be
more frequent among unbelievers and even believers. We DO have the answers, my
friends. It is all in the Word of God. “See, I have told you beforehand.” “Fear not.” Stand
strong and remain in truth, no matter what you see or hear. The last days will include signs
and lying wonders. Fall for NONE of it!
Each month it is a difficult task of deciding what to share in these letters but before
proceeding, I want to remind us of an unchangeable truth in these treacherous times: God
is in control! We are living in unprecedented times. There is a growing fury of anger,
hostility, confusion, and angst. Social media has become the priest, pastor, prognosticator,
and prophet of a crisis world. It has also become the painkiller of hearts. The numbing of
senses and AI is becoming the drug. AI is a hungry, thirsty beast that is offering itself as the
font of all wisdom and knowledge that is also consuming our water in a way that green
earth advocates never saw coming nor even seem very concerned about – yet.
AI is becoming the spiritual and social 8-Ball of our times, and as we surrender more and
more of our brain muscle in exchange for easy and perfect answers that we don’t have to
make much effort to obtain, our brains which like all muscles barely used, begin to atrophy.
Soon people will allow it to be the truth they accept, and they will begin to lose the ability to
know the actual facts or even the will to challenge and contest it.
AI can be a useful tool, yes. it can it be used by believers within limits – to research within
limits – But to write your sermon, sir? Do not be so foolish – without the touch, leading and
unction of the Spirit of God on your message, all you will have are the words of a scribe that
does not grasp that the letter kills, but the Spirit of God ALONE brings life! AI is positioning
itself to be the biggest Trojan Horse the church has yet faced.
Torn To Pieces by Strife and Division
I have never seen believers as divided as they are right now and yes, there are times and
legitimate reasons that we may have to expose error and call out deceivers. We MUST. But
the vast majority of angry and purposeless arguments among believers I hear are now
about Israel, Iran, transgender and petty doctrinal issues, distractions to keep us from the
real work. And what are we doing as we waste endless hours on Facebook, X and YouTube?
We are failing to reach the lost! I know how important doctrine is, but when I see and hear
believers angrily and arrogantly wielding debate swords until there is blood on the floor, I
say enough! Such endless debates in Bible school were a young man’s sport filled with
angry cries of “well you don’t know the Greek, brother!“ (because we knew three or four
Greek words). At that point we instinctively knew that we reached the Icabod stage of our
wranglings. And even today, a raised voice using “brother” on someone you have no real
relationship with is a sure sign that pride and immature emotions have taken over the
debate. And hear me clearly: I believe all of it in the world in the church is setting the
church up for a voice that says, “We need to get along! We need unity!” And many a weary
and young believer will agree and surrender biblical truth, and compromise with the
growing worldly church that asks you to accept idols, occult strange fire like yoga, and
enneagrams and “sanctified necromancy“, and newly discovered pro LGBTQXYZ theology.
Before long, there will be a New World Bible that has butchered truth in the word of God
and is acceptable to all religions. We need to raise up a generation of Christians and
Christian youth who will take the scriptures, learn them, use them, stand on them and
refuse to accept either cherry- picking theology or Thomas Jefferson Xacto-knife Bibles,
ones who will say once again “God said it, I believe it, that settles it!“
The world is decidedly and increasingly without restraint beginning to express not only
hatred for Jews, but for Christians who refuse compromise the truth of the Word of God.
Just this week I saw a religious, sickly- sweet, smiling senator eviscerating, a politician who
is a solid believer, and with a smile called him out for being a “Christian“. Listening to the
senator was like hearing a snake spit out the God hating words in his attack. There it is, I
said to myself. It’s coming.
So, what do we do? Step back. Turn off the noise for a while. Sit with the Word. Listen. Let
the spirit sweep out the angst, the fear, the rage, the confusion. Resist the overwhelming
drive to “just do something “. We are to do things – but let them be God‘s things. Attend to
the Word, asking the Commander in Chief what your role and battle plan is for this crucial
hour, and do these things.
Learn to respond, not react in emotional upset to all that is wrong, antichrist, and vile. Vex
your soul yes. But learn to speak when he says and hold your tongue when you feel driven
to attack another, and then when you do speak, it will be in as authority in his name, and
God will be on the move.
Prioritize; share Jesus. Pray for people at home and in public. Your opinion or political
views have no power. Only God‘s Word does. Share that. Be instant in season and out,
ready to speak the truth and reach those desperately needing a real Savior to pull them out
of the pit. Last week was grueling, the battle on every front was hot and real. But God is
teaching me again: He is in control.
Good News!
Most of my books have been replatformed on Ingram/Spark and Barnes and Noble and are
once again being available on Amazon. I love how God did this workaround! Thank you for
your prayers for this.
The long summer months are ahead, including travel and lots of work in the office to
organize and downsize. All your prayers are appreciated.
I am grateful to the Lord for being able to continue to have Mondays open for young adults.
It’s a joy to have them here, and to teach them old worship and sing new worship songs.
They are engaged and open to the working of Jesus in their lives, and some are moving into
a life of service to the Lord, and some already are. The last three years have been a bit
brutal, and I could not be more grateful for the recovery He has granted. After injury to both
arms, wrists and one shoulder, I asked Jesus if He would allow me to heal enough to pick
up the guitar and lead worship again, and He has answered that prayer. Thank You, Jesus!
God bless each of you for your prayers and support.
In His Grace,
Gregory Reid
